43 at New Albany

Communication here is extremely poor. Since early November, I’ve spent weeks calling, trying to schedule tours, and getting no confirmations. I was initially told to walk-in for a tour, but no one was there, front door is only accessed through secured biometric systems by tenants & staff. We scheduled an appointment on the phone while were were still there but when we called right back to adjust the time, a lady there told us our appointment was not even entered in the system, and that she will add it. Next day comes, we called to confirm - no answer until the appt time passed. I was not about to drive there just to be left stranded outside or be told our appt was somehow not added again. She claimed they were “ready for us” but needed to reschedule because we didn’t show up at the schedul

Spacious Unit and Convenient Location. No real complaints other than you can hear pretty much everything your neighbor is doing through the walls. If rent didn't increase as much and trash valet was around I would have stayed. The kitchen space is a dream for someone who enjoys cooking

Management has been great! Love the apartments - nice finishes and I love the layout. Big kitchen too!

Had no problems other than appliances not being 100%. For example, the dishwasher was missing the top sprayer spinner deal and the freezer NEVER produced ice. Other than that it was a great stay once i got used to the bar noise behind me.

The apartment is beautiful on the inside aesthetically. My ice maker hasn’t worked since I lived here; early 2022. Water pressure in the kitchen is non existent. I have to use the bathroom to wash dishes. Water pressure in the main bathroom shower? I can’t wash my hair in there, thankfully the guest bathroom water pressure is good. Maintainence fixed one out of five problems my entire stay here. All the same problems since I moved in while being told by the second and/or third property management team for this building that things will be escalated and handled right away. Also, my car was stolen from the parking lot in mid February. As an update: I was finally able to get a new fridge! Now I have ice and my water filter has been fixed.
