426-428 West 48th Street

I wasn’t going to post a review but I was sent a text message to “let us know” how we’re doing…not sure where to begin. We have had a challenging move in process to 428 W 48th St. Our lease was planned to begin on MLK day which happened to be a leasing office holiday, no one alerted us prior that we wouldn’t be able to contact the office on our first day which meant we had no instructions on entering our apartment. We paid for our first day while staying in a hotel. Leasing manager just simply said “We’re planning on improving our move-in process” but there was no accommodation. We also have a huge mice problem. We’ve become used to traps being scattered around our kitchen. Seen mice on multiple occasion. I’ve personally trapped about 10 mice at this point (actually impressed myself). The
