421 at Whitsett

There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling from the toilet in the apartment above mine, took two days for anyone to come fix it. Required me driving to the other apartment complex managed by this same company on my lunch break to speak to someone because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone, email or their resident portal. The lease office at Tremont is empty because of renovations. I was told by maintenance that the ceiling drywall would be replaced which of course it never was replaced. There’s a watermark and definitely mold. Now I come home from work to a letter dated 12/1/22 but only now put on my door (12/9/22) notifying me that they’re going to be renovating my apartment for 7 days and to basically clear out because I won’t be able to use my shower, my pets will have to be crated a

Maintenance is excellent and always remember to ask how you’re doing and how your apartment is treating you, even with burst pipes at 4 AM they were over in 15 minutes! Judy is always prompt in helping tenants out. It’s in a wooden area so you do get summer bugs but they have excellent attentive pest control come regularly and at your discretion. It’s a little loud between apartments but for the cost and the size, it’s worth it. Loved my 2 years here!

Management is great and always attends to complaints and help that is needed in the apartments. The changes and add-ons to the complex look amazing and we now have a place for our kids to play safely at the new playground! Thankful to call this my first home.

I’m still a resident love the apartment but my unit seems to have lots of cockroaches in every room .They have sprayed several times but it’s not working. It’s been this way going on 6 months now. I asked to transfer but I don’t think it’s fair that I have to do the whole application and transfer fees again. I should be accomedated for having to deal with this exspecially paying almost 1,900 a month . Other than it’s great and the office grew are very nice

***CHILD ALMOST HURT DUE TO RENOVATION IN OCCUPIED UNIT***. Different types of renovations have been going on for months while the tenants are expected to pay the new high rent amounts. One series includes replacing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. In regards to this renovation, management once said verbally “For tenants who are staying, they will be moved to a renovated unit and given $250 credit”. That way, the unit the tenant was in could get renovated, while they get moved into a renovated unit. They are now going in to occupied units to replace kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and giving tenants a few days notice.
