I would never recommend JASON CARLSON as my realtor. He threatened me with legal action. He said that his client required a signed maintenance agreement for the private road that I resided on and his client wanted to move to. Since 2005 I have lived on this private road and have personally spent over $25,000 in it's upkeep. Our road is immaculate. My neighbors and I have approached the repair and maintenance in a fair and equitable fashion. When changes needed to be made, we shared costs. Initially, Mr. Carlson was cordial. When I refused to sign, Mr. Carlson's attitude changed. He said that I was "impeding" his client's closing. Further, he stated that I would be "liable for living expenses incurred by his clients, since they were closing on their old home and were being prevented from

Jason Carlson was professional and very helpful in our search for a home. He helped us see many different homes, and was patient as we made our decision. He wanted us to find the house we wanted, and was very honest throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him as a realtor!
