The turnaround has been remarkable. There’s a clear effort to improve both the living conditions and the resident experience. Staff are approachable and quick to act, especially when it comes to maintenance. The community feels more organized, safer, and more comfortable. I’m genuinely happy with how things are running now.

Excellent customer service! From my first inquiry to signing the lease, everything was handled efficiently. Communication was prompt and clear, and the apartment exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to work with such a professional team.

The management change at 42 Magnolia + 5000 Forest has made a huge difference. Staff are proactive, attentive, and handle maintenance requests immediately. A repair that had been pending for months was fixed within hours, which completely blew me away. The community is cleaner, better managed, and more welcoming. Living here has gone from stressful to completely enjoyable, and I’m really impressed with the turnaround.

Went up there today around 2:30-2:45 and absolutely no one was up there. The door was open and no sign was published me and two other people walked in and no one was there. I decided to go up there because no one ever answers the phone at all. I was only able to connect with one person out of the 6 six times I’ve called at multiple times. I saw the one bedroom at 5000 and was interested in it but after today’s events I won’t be applying, which sucks because I really like the apartment. Also, no one was there, absolutely no one and the package door was wide open for anyone to go in there. I think that’s completely negligent.

The management team here is a complete joke! Stay far away and don’t live here. They have no respect for their residents who spend thousands of dollars to live here. First they blame “upper management” for not sending out renewal letters and then send aggressive and unprofessional emails getting mad at residents because we’ve reached out to upper management or because we’re questioning why it takes over two months to get an elevator fixed (that constantly breaks down). All we’re asking is for them to do their job, but that’s apparently very hard. They don’t answer emails, app messages or phone calls. There were issues under Greystar and now there’s issues under ACM. There’s one common thread in all of this, the person that both companies have chosen to manage this place on the local lev
