I toured this newly built apartment and had a great experience. The building is modern, clean, and well designed. The unit was bright, quiet, and finished with good-quality materials. Jolisa (I guessed..oops,I didn't ask her name😂), who guided the tour, was very welcoming, positive, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made the visit pleasant and informative. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a new apartment in downtown Des Moines.

Meh. I was walking the area and saw the sign outside to take a tour. I walked into the lobby and could see a couple of people sitting in an office and they saw me standing there. I was hoping to take a tour but they sat there and ignored me. So I scanned the stupid QR code to schedule a tour. They got back to me after I took a walk around the perimeter of the property. They said the earliest next available slot was a week away. I was standing right outside while the ladies were sitting doing nothing. I said too late. Then they said next earliest available slot would be a few days earlier from the scheduled they originally said the earliest slot was. Still too late. Im standing outside and your people are sitting there chewing the fat. It would have taken less time to physically get up and
