By far the best experience of living somewhere to date. The space is incredibly clean, well-managed, and everything is thought through in terms of maintenance, from the common areas to especially the indoor living spaces. Everywhere from the units to the common areas are incredibly quiet, making this place so peaceful to come home to. Aside from the modern, clean, quiet and spacious units, what really set this place apart was the management. Richard Maravalle and Josh Kidd are the best, most professional, and courteous managers. They helped me from start to finish, from my move-in date all the way up to the end of my lease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I've been living here for just over a year and I've really enjoyed it. The location is great, close to downtown of Glendale, we have access to several nearby establishments. I have a habit of doing everything walking. The management team, Josh and Richard, are great professionals and are very helpful. We did a unit transfer that was very fluid and smooth. Leonard, who works in maintenance, is also a great professional, super kind and fast. Recently I have seen many improvements being made and I look forward to seeing their plans for the future.

I did enjoy living here, however, there were huge mistakes that management made that my roommate and I could not overlook. Let’s begin with the fact that when we signed the lease, the manager sent photos of a completely different apartment! So imagine our surprise when we picked up the keys and toured the apartment and realized it was a completely different apartment. Another issue, management double charge the check I paid with for HALF of my rent. Then they inform my roommate first before waiting HOURS to call me and inform me that they double charged MY money. Finally, when we go to return our keys on the day we move out they want to charge us for parking permits that we never received. We had no idea that we needed a permit in the first place. Horrible experience. This company and the staffing agents are horrible at the job. So many vacant units, no one knows what they are doing. Look elsewhere and spend the extra $100. Nedra is horrible at her job
