Don’t live here if you value peace & quiet. Walls are thin and the residents are loud. There are quiet hours from 9pm-10am and one one follows those rules. Parking is also terrible. Everyone parks illegally or steals your parking spot occasionally. Good thing about the complex is the actual apartments are nice inside. Outside though the complex is dirty and clearly old.
Booked an appointment with Laurie for a tour and got there early. Laurie never showed up and wouldn't answer her phone. Doesn't seem to value other's time nor does it scream professionalism.
Nice, easily accessible, residential area. Nice surrounding, clean, greenery around, no sound pollution, peaceful.
