He stuck with us for over a year and a half until we found the right place and never forced anything or rushed us during the process. He truly worked to understand what we were looking for and was comfortable with us not seeing any houses for a while if nothing seemed to match our wish list. Josh and the 412 team were truly wonderful to rent from. They were easy to communicate with, and any maintenance issues were handled quickly and properly, which is really hard to come by in the 'burgh! I couldn't recommend them enough as a property management company.
