407 Vacation Home Rentals

I am rating this house at a zero rating and if there was a below zero I would rate it at below zero. When I waked in to unlock the main door to enter the house the door was left unlocked and open I walk in and the patio doors both open and unlocked. The floors were dirty. We found other peoples blondes everywhere on the second floor. And going into the bedrooms all the mattress protectors in the all of the bedrooms had blood stains and pee on them. We found a sewing needle on the carpet on the second floor. Now going down to the pool the pool was gross and disgusting. The water was green and full of hair and garbage. The jacuzzi never worked for us the water was always cold and if we turned it on to make it warm the jacuzzi would empty out its water. We did have maintenance come and change

It was disappointing. The Wifi didn't work most the time. I messaged the owners and didn't hear back. We finally did days later and they sent someone out. It wasn't working again after than and then finally came back. We couldn't watch anything or use our phones for 3 days. It also wasn't very clean. When paying that much, I'd expect it to be pretty clean. The carpet is gross. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. I wiped something off the tile floor and my paper towel was black. There was orange and red stuff on the walls. Going out by the pool there was gross black stuff on the wall. Under one of the windows it looked like mold out by the pool. In one of the upstairs bedrooms, it looked like water damage on the ceiling. Also, the living room furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture

We had an exceptional experience renting a vacation home through this property management company! From the moment we inquired about the property to the day we checked out, the team was incredibly professional and attentive. The home was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect summer getaway. The check-in process was seamless, and any questions or concerns we had during our stay were promptly addressed by the friendly staff. We truly felt like valued guests, and it made our family vacation all the more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning customers and highly recommend this property management company to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable vacation rental experience.

Terrible experience! We rented the house with high expectations, but unfortunately we had one of the worst experiences possible. Starting with the lack of basic items, such as detergent, dishwashing sponge, garbage bags and toilet paper. To make matters worse, there were no personal hygiene products (such as soap, shampoo or conditioner), which is the minimum expected in a stay. The common area of ​​the house, which should have been the highlight, was completely neglected: dirty pool, poorly maintained furniture and an abandoned appearance. The Wi-Fi was turned off during our stay, leaving us without connection for days, and the house had an extremely unpleasant smell, which revealed the lack of preventive maintenance — the air conditioning filter was filthy and the fire extinguisher was

Home was nice and pretty spacious. Also, community has a lot of activities. Upon arrival we noticed pool was filled with algae. I immediately contacted Management company and notified. They promptly informed me that will send a technician first thing in the morning. After, doing a quick walk around the house we noticed kitchen appliance was filthy, toilet seat stained with yellow marks and had a sanitized bandage around, bathroom towels folded dirty and bedding sheets stained. Management company sent a cleaning lad next day. Pool was filthy until the checkout date therefore we were not able to use. We spent the entire trip cleaning and communicating with management company, Ruining our vacation and more importantly no resolutions.
