400 Rosewood Apartments

My elderly mother moved into Rosewood a few years ago. Jeanette, the apartment manager, was so helpful. She’s very involved with the complex. Knows people by name. She checked in on my mom. Maintenance was always quick and done well. The complex is clean and well maintained. Great option to live in Boerne.

Absolutely best property management. The manager Jeanette is awesome. She is very friendly and upfront about everything. Coming from Washington state and having to find an apartment real quick, she made it very easy and a quick transition to move in. Maintenance was quick to fix anything that needed repair. Sadly, I’m moving to Dallas, and would definitely miss how quiet the apartment complex was, and everybody was nice for the most part.. Unless you parked in their parking spot..lol…close to downtown & deer all around. Quaint & secluded area.

Great community for families! Amenities are limited, but it’s Boerne living without the extreme cost! The current property manager, Jeanette, is the top reason this place is enjoyable to live at! She always puts the residents first, responds to you right away, and makes sure the property stays in excellent condition! She truly cares about making this place an home for all of us! Our current maintenance is very knowledgeable, timely, and respectful of peoples space. My husband and I have created a beautiful home here with our 2 year old daughter and I am very thankful we have a place we can afford in the town we love! Absolutely recommend!

We’ve been living at Boerne Oaks for almost 3 years. One summer our AC went out the owner was real quick into getting us a brand new one! The maintenance guy is really good too, he tends to all work orders in a timely manner. The apartment manager is awesome, if you have any issues with rent she’s always able to help and get you assistance if needed. Hit a rough patch earlier this year and my manager helped us apply for Texas rent relief. Most managers would’ve said oh well and told me to figure it out. This is a wonderful tight nit community and you’d be lucky to live here! The owner is also great too and drives to make sure all his tenants are living in a safe and family environment. They also have a no policy rule for cops too which is great if you have kids! Definitely recommend this a

My family has been living at Boerne Oaks since 2019. My husband and daughter moved in while overseas and the staff was so patient and understanding with him. They are so attentive to everything. The regional manager is top notch, you can’t find anyone like her. I’ve lived in quite a few places over the years while in the military and Boerne oaks has been my favorite. I’ve made so many great friends that became family. The owner is wonderful as well, if you have an issue that happens after hours and you need immediate help he’s always there to answer his phone and is very involved in making sure his tenants has a nice place to live in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s new to area!
