4 Farms at Horse Pen Creek

My father Edward Farrelly moved into that apartment complex a few years ago unfortunately he passed away, but I just wanted to give a shout out to Michaela who was fabulous to my father. She really helped my dad and he adored her. Thank you so much for making him feel welcome.

I moved to this apartment community from out of state, and lived here for a year. I will do my best to give a fair and balanced review of my experience. Pros: -The property is quiet, and my neighbors were always friendly. The location is also great. There is a grocery store, CVS, and restaurants super close by. -The property and amenities are really nice, and maintained well. -The value for what you pay is great. I loved that this place included everything in the rent (internet, cable, washer/dryer). -The leasing consultant, Abby, is very nice. As I was moving from out of state, she was so kind and responsive leading up to my move in date. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and the move-in process was seamless. -Rebecca made the move out process easy. She was respons

Lovely place to live. I worked and lived in Greensboro for over two years and 4 farms at horse pen creek was always the best part. Great community, amazing amenities including the pool and gym! Abby C from the leasing office was always a pleasure to interact with on the rare occasion I ever had any issues. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family

We love living at 4Farms. My husband and I moved October 2023 and we've enjoyed using the gym, grills, and the pool! We moved into a new construction unit and absolutely loved the layout and the high ceilings. I love all the kitchen space and storage you get and the finishing on everything. We haven't really had many issues but when we do, the front office staff and the maintenance team does a really good job in resolving everything in a timely manner! Overall, this is a great place to live! We also love the location and the communal environment! Quiet apartment complex and smoke-free.

Love living at 4Farms!! I moved in March 2023, and have not regretted it a minute. Modern, new apartments, and the complex overall is very clean. The leasing staff, Michaela, Abby and Rebecca are fantastic! Answer any questions you have quickly and are great to just stop in and say hello to! Maintenance team is also great- I have had limited issues with my apartment, but all requests are handled quickly and very professionally. I have lived in 9 apartments in my life, and no question 4Farms has been the best overall apartment for me. 4Farms, the entire leasing and maintenance staff are 5 stars!!
