My experience with Erik, the owner of this property management company, was extremely disappointing. As a former client who trusted him to manage my property, I expected professionalism, respect, and responsible oversight. Instead, he was consistently disrespectful, dismissive, and spoke in a very condescending manner whenever I raised reasonable questions or concerns. His responses often felt overly emotional and unprofessional, which made communication difficult. The property management itself was also poor. Due to a lack of proper oversight, my property was not managed well and it ultimately cost me thousands of dollars in repairs that could have been avoided. My tenants also stated they did not have a good experience specifically with Erik, which is very concerning as he is the owner

Larry Mandel is a Fraud and a Liar - we are paying for "complete yard care" as part of our lease and do you want to know how many times anyone has been out to mow? Zero! We have been asking since April. Hired a Lawyer and still nothing. I am disabled and can't mow and Larry knows it making him a total scumbag. See you in court Larry! Cant wait to see how you explain yourself to the judge! If I was a property owner I would not be too happy over the how well Larry is not doing anything for you but he sure will take your money.

Erik & team were so very kind to us - we lived in a home for 2 years before owners decided to sell. Great experience, would recommend! :)

Under new management - for the better! I have been renting through 3KEYS for several years now, and unfortunately, the company has built a reputation of non-responsiveness and slow action. Well, no more! Ever since Erik Magnuson took over, 3KEYS became much more agile and quick. They act in advance, rather than waiting for things to break, eager to fix years of neglect under previous management. At this point in time I can gladly recommend 3KEYS to anyone looking for a place to rent, or looking to rent a place.

Erik and his team at 3KEYS have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an issue still outstanding from the previous management team but Erik was quick to resolve everything with ease and excellent customer service. Highly recommend 3KEYS to owners and tenants alike!
