377 Villas of Brownwood Apt

Scheduled a tour today. Drove 40 miles one way! Arrived early just to be sure. Told by lady in office working with her child that we could not take the tour bc she had her child with her and the website had not sent her any information about the tour. We explained how far we had drove and we scheduled from there website. Can we please take the tour. Again we were told she could not. It was too far to walk with her child . Will not be back. I can’t imagine living there and needing something fixed. If you can’t do your job with your child in tow then maybe you should get a babysitter while you work. 80 miles total waste. Zero care from the office lady watching her kid at work. Very unprofessional! I wonder if her boss knows how she treats future residents! I’m so mad that we spent our time

Overall the apartments are good and functional. The grounds have had plumbing issues, resulting long term

I have lived here since 2015 and I love it here. It feels like home and Mallorie is the best thing to have happened to this apartment complex, I don’t think I could continue to live here if she didn’t manage it. Thank you for everything you do to keep this apartment complex nice and clean and on top of everything!

My kids were without water during Xmas week . They called the office cell phone for 2 days . No response no voice mail set up to leave a message . This is not the first time they are ignored when it comes to fixing things in the apartment. I do not recommend living here at all !

The ladies is the office are very professional. They helped, and worked with me while I lived there and even after move out. If your just starting out or need a place to call home for years to come..its a good spot!!
