Robert was so great to me and my family. When I first moved to kissimmee he had a property for Rent. I called and explained my situation with having a bad debt from years prior with an ex and he heard me out and gave me a chance. No one else up here did that I called 80 different places and everyone said no, but he didn’t. I am so thankful for Robert 3 great years with him as as my landlord and couldn’t of been happier. Robert is the worst property manager I’ve encountered after a decade of renting. He is unresponsive and doesn’t handle issues, even issues caused by previous tenants. In fact our landlord fired him for his incompetence. I tried to reach out after the fact as he had notes snd photos from our move in and was ignored. Thankfully we’re done renting but I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone unless you want to just hear silence.

He scammed me $1300. He made believe he was going to help me rent a property, never found anyone so I had to post my own house, get my own tenant, all he did was do a background check which now I'm not even sure if he did because I never so proof and when I told him to be more proactive and realized he had no experience managing properties, he cancelled our contract but kept my tenants 1st month rent. He never even got to manage the property, I had to do myself. He's a thief, watch it with him, he's all talk, very little action. Find someone else but I did report him to the BBB and am going to file a lawsuit against him with my attorney.
