I cannot speak highly enough of my rental experience here. I've rented from a few different companies over the years, and 360 Properties has by far been the best!! Maintenance requests are handled very promptly, the building is kept clean, and the office is super easy to get ahold of. Great experience all around!

Negligent Management, Unprofessional Leadership – Avoid 360 Properties We’ve been residents in this building since 2011, and since 360 Properties took over management in 2019, the quality of service has severely declined. Maintenance requests—no matter how urgent—are frequently ignored or endlessly delayed. We've had the same refrigerator since 2011, which now leaks and has rust inside, and a bedroom window with visible water damage and suspected mold. Repeated requests with photo evidence have gone unresolved. It's clear that tenant health and comfort are not priorities. Communication is poor, and maintenance requests are often ignored or delayed indefinitely. Meanwhile, rent increases continue and the focus seems entirely on maximizing profits rather than providing safe, livable condit

Danny is an incredibly attentive and accommodating landlord. He has been available to address any questions or concerns we have about the property. Before our move-in, he assured us that he would take care of some minor things in the apartment before we moved in, we were delighted to see that he followed through. The apartment itself is charming, and Danny does an excellent job of keeping the property in great condition. His laid-back and approachable demeanor made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. -Anthony Carrillo
