First and foremost, Janell is the absolute best. She was my lifesaver today and had the utmost punctuality. She squeezed me in on a last-minute pool inspection on New Year's Eve on a home I'm about to purchase with my VA loan, and I needed an inspection done to put my mind at ease. She is very knowledgeable, answered every question, walked me through the inspection she conducted, and taught me things about my pool along the way. She is your gal if you are looking for someone to inspect your pool or home. Not only does she have her expertise, but she also has a fantastic personality and looks out for the best interest of her customers! I would give 100 stars if I could.

I had a foundation company come out to address a soft spot in the floor, and they recommended a $8000 crawl space repair. I had Janell come out and take a look. She discovered the soft spot was only because in the previous work done on a repair, they cut the plywood to short in one section. That could be repaired for less than $500.00. So she save me $7500 at least. In addition, she can do home repairs too. She helped me replace an old exterior door that opened out to steps, that was not an easy task. Highly Professional, quality is top priority. I would totally recommend 360 home and pool inspections not just if you’re buying a house but if you need an unbiased opinion of what is going on with your home.
