Had the pleasure of renting with this property management for 2 years. Pleasant experience with all of the 36 North Staff, and maintenance was always super fast. Audrey and her team were very approachable, professional and responsive whenever any issue or work order would arise. So much more affordable than most properties in the area. Very clean and up to date appliances was a major plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lease in the Monterey County area!

I moved to Salinas 18 months ago from Santa Cruz County. I looked and contacted many property management agencies , apartment managers. I really have to say that the Leasing Specialist Jessica for 36 North Properties was awesome to work with. She was very responsive and punctual with either returning a phone call or email. I have a very busy work schedule and she made the move in process very easy and worked with my schedule. The property that I am in is very nice, clean & secure. So there are not many issues. The very few times I have had to contact the office , Isidro is quick to respond and take care of whatever the issue was.

Despite my partner and I each paying a non-refundable $50 application fee (totaling $100) and submitting an application, we never even got the opportunity to see the property for a showing. For over three weeks, we waited in anticipation, only to be told that someone else had already taken it. The complete lack of communication regarding the status of the property viewing is simply unacceptable.
