DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The owner is slapping makeup on a pig with this building. It looks nice, but everything is done with cutting corners and you wont realize it until you are living there. I lived here with my girlfriend for a year and in that year we had TOO MANY issues. Issue 1: Our roof leaked contaminated bio-hazardous water from the upstairs units kitchen sink, dishwasher, and bathroom (all different occasions, don't worry) through our ceiling lights onto our kitchen counters and living room and spare bedroom not once, or twice, but 5 separate times. And the management is so unorganized we had to live without full use of our kitchen for over two months of the year due to these leaks and the repairs that took months to fix. We moved out at the end of March before they had fixed it and
Not happy to live here upstair run and make noise everyday.
