351 Marin Apartments

Was here since 2023, really enjoy living at 351 Marin. The building is modern, clean, and has great amenities like the gym, rooftop, and lounge areas. Staffs are nice, huge thanks to Jerry, Greg, Vinny, Perin, Shakira, Angela, and the rest of the team — everyone at the front desk and leasing office is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They really make the building feel like home. The location is super convenient, right by the PATH train and plenty of good spots to eat and grab coffee. Overall, a great place to live.

It’s been great from the day we moved in. The staff are always attentive, genuinely friendly, and eager to help. Maintenance requests are handled incredibly fast—often within a few hours. There was a small incident on my floor recently, and the team showed up almost instantly to take care of it. The building is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully managed. I also really appreciate the monthly activities they offer for residents. Overall, having lived in quite a few rental apartments in NJ/NY area, it’s been a fantastic place to call home.

I have had the most wonderful experience living in this building. All the concierges are extremely warm, kind and helpful. You are always welcomed home with a smile. The building is beautiful and well-run, I would highly recommend it

My husband and I had an amazing experience living at 351 Marin, our first time renting an apartment outside of Manhattan together. We only moved out because we needed a 3-bedroom unit otherwise we would have stayed! We chose 351 in the first place because its location is undeniably perfect - easy access to Grove Street and Newark Ave, and only a 4 minute walk to the path! What we were not expecting was how AMAZING the building and the people who run it are! Management is kind and responsive, the floors are regularly cleaned and facilities are well maintained, the folks at the front desk are friendly without being overbearing, packages are delivered directly into the unit, the attached parking garage is a life saver (especially in the rain/snow or when you need to bring in a ton of stuff f
