Great all around. Manager listens and understands. Maintenance guy is super. Clean, attentive, quiet, and really enjoyed the pool this summer! Residents are friendly and kind! Animal friendly. The pets are beautiful and entertaining.

After renting a 2nd floor 2 bedroom unit sight unseen, this has been one of the best living experiences. Very clean , modern , up to date, quiet, and quality. Small pool that doesn't get much use but stays very clean. Small, convenient dog park (neighbors dont always pickup poop). Maintenance is on top of things, evenightbulbs if needed. Highly reccomend this place if you're lucky enough to get a unit. Work is taking me to FL or I'd stay alot longer. People complaining of price increases , but this is well below local market rates.

Great small apartment complex of about 65 apartments. Renovated with updated appliances, lighting, flooring, etc.... has small but clean pool, well maintained landscaping. A friend lives there in a one bedroom thats about 600 sq ft and she's very pleased with the on site management and maintenance service as well.

I’m very disappointed after living here for only 4 months, the management company is increasing the rent in the middle of my one year lease. The complex has not made any improvements nor have they added any amenities to support such an increase. UPDATE: After several complaints from renters the management company has raised the rent for month-to-month renters only. Those who have a lease will have an increase when their lease is up if the choose to renew. The management is keeping the complex clean, safe and addressing maintenance concerns promptly.

Save yourself some headache. The office is open 9am-2pm Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s. I talked to the office manager on a Friday (through fb) and scheduled to bring her in an application the following day, Saturday. She said she would be there between 9-2 and we showed up at 9. Waited for an hour and a half with no response to calls OR messages. Very unprofessional. Should’ve said “whenever I feel like showing up between 9-2” not “I’ll be in the office from 9-2.” I still have yet to hear back. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear. 🤦🏻‍♀️
