I have rented 6 different apartments over 10 years. I would say this apartment is a solid high 4 star. I have two complainants.The first, parking would sometimes fill up late at night on the weekends but we just parked across the street and no big deal. Second, the stove/oven is unusable burns or under cooks everything. (Also never used the laundry as we own a home in KC and wash everything there so). Its not the highest quality of apartment (granite counters, pool, wood floors, or new appliances and such) which is why I gave it a four star. What ut the price and management have made this place incredible. We asked to have the smallest thing looked at/repaired and it would happen next day.

We had an appointment to view the apartments, but the property manager never showed up (no office on-site). Nobody at the office answered the phone or ever called back.
