Big 1 bedrooms, cheap comparatively speaking. Building and Landlord have lots of issues though. Hot water and heat goes out at least once a winter, the door to the building is constantly broken, drugs sold on the 3rd floor, super is a pervert, and the the landlord will not hardly fix anything. Put repair requests in writing, via certified letter. And landlord is Hasid, so you will not get a hold of anyone on Friday sundown until Saturday sundown.
Interesting interior but I think they're selling it soon?
Grat place for expensive property management.
