3400 Avenue of the Arts Apartments

Love it here. Please understand that there will be around 150-200$ of several different utility charges added to your account monthly + 60-80$ parking. I personally can justify it by looking at the beautiful landscape and seeing how hard the workers and maintenance work here. When I request maintenance rest assured, I will have someone at the door within the next hour or so. I’ve lived here for almost a year and a half, and I love it here. A little afraid of the renewal rate as some mentioned it would be high. Hopefully we stay in this ballpark and I’m paying now because I’m having a really good time here.

I absolutely love living here ,every day since 2012 ! The community atmosphere is fantasticl ,and everyone is vey friendly and supportive. Plus, the amenities are top-notch, making it a wonderful place to call home. Living here's been a wonderful experience!

I really like matthew! He was the easiest part of moving into another apartment here at 3400 avenue of the arts. I've been here for almost two years.And my husband and I decided to move to a bigger apartment and we love it. The whole experience was great!

I have just relocated back to Orange County and made the choice to return to 3400 Avenue of the Arts. I was fortunate to be able to interact directly with Matthew Comicz (General Manager) who, with one conversation, was able to discuss several units that met my top requirements. I wasn't in the area so couldn't tour any of the units myself, but Matthew provided so many details - and even a video - that I felt completely comfortable to commit to the apartment he recommended. He took charge of the move-in process and made sure everything was completed within a few days. Matthew is super responsive, pays attention to every detail, and always kept every promise he made. In addition, the property is well maintained and the service team is knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Matthew and his team made moving into Avenue of the Arts incredibly simple. The entire process was quick, clear, and every question I had was answered almost immediately. The best part was the lack of pressure. Everything felt stress free. Any concern or modification I brought up was handled within the hour, sometimes within minutes. Repairs or adjustments were taken care of by maintenance the same day. The communication here is apex. I have not seen customer service this personable in a store, dealership, restaurant, airline, or anywhere else. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place to live.
