34 North Apartments

Please don’t fall for the bought reviews, the bot reviews or the reviews from poor saps who just moved here. Years ago this place was at least cheaper than many others but now they don’t even have that going for them. Office ladies are passive aggressive at best regardless of what you’re there for and Darlene especially seems to get joy out of people’s problems. We had drug dealers quite literally on all sides of us, often firing guns at night at god knows what/who. A close friend who used to live here moved after getting shot on her balcony by a poorly aimed shot at a neighbor. Maintenance tries but doesn’t have enough people for all the issues this place has. I have been living there since January and I love it! I feel so good every time I get home from work and pull my keys out to open my door. The manager Ms. Darlene and her assistant Amanda are amazing! I highly recommend checking it out for yourself if you are Apt hunting. You will not be disappointed. They make the process so easy for you to become a tenant. Thanks Ms. Darlene and Amanda. You two are definitely the bomb.com

Before today my review of the actual apartment complex would’ve been a little lower but today I’ve had the best day at 34 north that I’ve ever had in the 3 years I’ve been here. THE POOL IS OPEN!!!! My biggest complaint has been they are a fair price however it was spoken about “market value” and the other apartments that they always mentioned always had their pool open and their grills working and this was not a thing until Ms Darlene took over and she absolutely is making changes for the better. All in all very fair pricing and it seems like she has the amenities that we pay for coming about this year and I’m excited It was super fun racing the kids underwater and just having a good time at the pool. It was much needed therapy for me

Lived at 34 north 2 years. Pros.. 2 bedroom renovated apartment I lived in was nice and spacious. (The rent was a fair price for the amount of space) For the most part quiet. Never a parking issue. Location is great. Everything so close. New management (Darlene) is getting things back in order. Her team seems to really care. Maintenance is on top of the repairs. Looking better every day. Cons.. no pool for the two years I lived there. However, they were working on it when I moved. So, should not be a problem. Mail boxes very small. Don't expect any packages to fit in mailbox. All in all not a bad place to live.

When I tell you the girls in the office are getting stuff done, I mean it! We moved into a studio apartment here in July 2023. The pool was closed for the summer. In April, the pool was opened. When Darlene and Angie came to the property, they were determined to fix the problems that tenants like myself had been complaining about. Fast forward to June….my fiancé and I came to the conclusion that we needed a bigger apartment. I spoke to Darlene about it. She put us in a one bedroom in the same building (which was perfect because we didn’t have to get a U-Haul. Were we happy when we moved to 34 North apartments? At first, no, but we quickly saw that the girls in the office are trying to improve the complex and this made us very happy. Keep it up girls! Y’all are amazing!
