Truly a great place to live. You can’t beat the location. Amenities are lacking, but that’s not why you move here. The staff is what makes 34 Berry feel like home. Building manager Colin is a great guy and maintains an amazing team of people. Thank you Colin, Grace, Essaid, Joe, Moshin and the rest of the team.

Great place to live. The residents are great and so are the people that work there. Joe and Essaid do a great job maintaining the building along with Chris and Alejandro. Grace and Colin do a great job managing it. Carlos, Jose, Raymond, Chaim, and Mohsin are all super friendly and helpful at the front desk. Proud to call it home.

Lived here for 2.5 years, we had a wonderful experience. Staff and management are always responsive, helpful, and kind. Courtyard and rooftop are nice and well-maintained. Location is also fantastic.

Lived here for two years and it was a great experience. The apartment was wonderful and the staff really made it so much better. They were always responsive and kind. Was sad to leave but encourage anyone to rent if you can at 34 Berry!

Horrible experience with current building manager - please be aware. Also regarding the below - I called based on the message from the "owner" - turns out to be an automated response. These people truly do not care about their tenants, especially during a global pandemic.
