Emily, a leasing agent, walked me around the apartments and answered all my questions before I even asked them. It was truly impressive. Upon entering the leasing office, Emily and another associate stood and gave me a warm welcome. The apartments were well-maintained, and the pricing is fantastic, but it changes almost every day, so be sure to act quickly.

Update: the breezeways are dirty, gates are left open and there is no security! I often see unidentified strangers inside the community. The management takes no accountability of anything. There are no strict rules. I am Very disappointed! I absolutely love 3300 Apartments! After graduating from school and moving to Austin it became my very first home, and it has since held a special place in my life. The management and staff are incredibly reliable, friendly, and professional. They address any and every issue in timely manner and greet you with warmth and smile. However, I have heard certain issues of safety and the back entrance gate being left open all the time is a major concern.

I rented my unit apartment for six months with the apartment complex. The structure is impeccable! The apartment was brand new and when maintenance was needed was almost immediately responded. I had the best days living there! I recommend the services 1000%. Also the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and extremely kind. I want to recognize SAM and Kelsey The front desk attendants for all the help and outstanding services provided. The infrastructure with the pool. The gym, the business area. I will miss you guys. Thank you for everything, 3300! I was the happiest person being a member of this incredible apartment complex! Thank you!!!

Unfortunately not the safest of apartments. Both my cars have been broken into. Management fails to help and doesn’t do anything despite a host of breakdowns across the complex. To make matters worse, they leave the gates open for about 6 months now. Not sure I will renew my lease or recommend this complex to anyone unless things change.

I’ve lived here for about 1 year now and at first, it was great. Security issues have become a huge problem. The amount of tailgating into the complex is ridiculous. Even though they hired “security guards”, nothing has changed. My car got broken into on Saturday and the only footage they could offer was at the left gate, which was not helpful in my case at all. My car was parked right in front of my apartment, yet this still happened. I no longer feel safe here.
