Nemanja and Jose are the best! I have been living here for just over 6 months now and I've had a very smooth experience. Nemanja and Jose are so responsive to any issues (we haven't had many though) and Nemanja was particularly helpful during the move-in process since I was moving from the east coast. The building is quiet and clean.

I’ve lived in the building for about two years, and Nemanja has been the manager for most of that time. He’s friendly, personable, and (most importantly) gets things done. Whenever I’ve needed help he’s been really responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s a genuinely nice, relatively small and quiet building, and Nemanja plays a big role in keeping it running smoothly. Having lived at the property for a year (and ongoing), I wanted to give a shout out to Nemanja and Jose for staying on top of all the work orders I’ve filed, from dishwasher/faucet issues to quality of life issues such as a window screen installation and shower splash guard.
