I live on the fourth floor of this building and there have been ongoing cockroach issues throughout the property in hallways, garbage rooms, and inside multiple apartments. Several tenants have reported finding roaches in their units, including on beds after being away for the holidays. That means those apartments were unoccupied and the roaches were still present. This is not an isolated situation. We have now needed a second exterminator treatment in our unit due to recurring roaches. When I spoke with the exterminator the first time, they were unaware of the reports of roaches in the hallways and garbage room on our floor. That raises serious concerns about whether management is fully communicating the extent of the problem. For clarity, we pay for our own professional cleaning servi

This building is completely unsafe and mismanaged, and families with babies should be warned. From day one, we encountered serious health hazards. Mold was everywhere in our apartment—under the sink, in cabinets, and along countertops. Despite repeated promises from Rosa, the manager, that it would be fully remediated, the work was sloppy and incomplete. Molded wood was cut but left in place, the island and cabinets were never replaced, and mold is still visible through caulking. Nothing was properly cleaned. Our baby’s bottles, toys, and clothes were exposed to dust and debris, and a broken picture frame was left on our baby’s changing table. We were forced to live displaced, and management refused to extend hotel accommodations, reimburse spoiled groceries, or credit rent paid while the

I am posting this review because no family—especially one with a baby—should go through what we went through here. Our experience with this property, and with Rosa, the manager, was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. We discovered mold in our apartment, and even though Rosa repeatedly assured us the problem would be handled “correctly,” what we experienced was nothing close to that. The remediation work, in my opinion, was careless and unsafe. Instead of replacing the mold-infested wood under the sink, they cut out rough pieces and left the rest of the contaminated material behind. The island, cabinets, and countertop—areas that were part of the contamination—were never replaced, despite being told they would be. When Rosa said everything was fixed, we walked in and found the opposite

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I had to change my move-in date a couple of times and the leasing office was very cooperative and worked to secure a lease that met my date! The apartment is neat, quiet and safe. Couldn't have asked for more.

I’m writing this as a family member because what I watched management put my family through—with a baby—was outrageous. Their apartment had obvious mold under the sink, in cabinets, and along the countertops. Management claimed it was fixed, but it clearly wasn’t. Moldy wood was sloppily cut and left in place, the cabinets and island were unchanged, and mold was still visible. Nothing was actually cleaned. Baby feeding items were exposed to drywall dust from drilling done with zero protection. They were forced out of their home because it was unsafe, yet management refused to keep them in a hotel, refused to reimburse spoiled groceries, and refused to credit rent. To make it worse, they were asked to list contaminated baby items—then told they wouldn’t be reimbursed anyway. The building
