33 South Third Street Apartments

One of the most beautiful and amazing places to live in the heart of downtown San Jose, Ca. 33 S 3rd st apartments is centrally located with all the best restaurants and clubs. I love it here because it is kept clean all the time. There are no pest, security and comfort are the some of the best qualities. The neighbors are awesome and very polite. There is covered parking, nearby parks for a great run, a 24/7 7-eleven across the street, and much more… The staff is awesome perfect. Eddie and Harman are the best, they helped me from day one, made time to show the property, worked with me to go over the details of the lease for the best rates and terms possible. They have been very supportive and responsive in helping me move. Thank you Eddie, Harman, and staff for making 33 S. 3rd S

I'm going to try to be fair. The apartments are gorgeous! Every tenant has their own washer and dryer. There's a main entrance with a needed code to enter which brings a sense of security. I love that it is in the heart of Downtown San Jose, but the cons outweigh the pros. I lived here for a year and I've been disappointed with the office and management time after time. I had a few basic questions related to the apartment or contract and the office always seemed incompetent or unwilling to assist. One time I called the office or manager for a concern, but then they immediately hanged up on me. There's been a few times I've submitted a request online to resolve an issue (broken door, clogged sink, etc.) and requested that they contact me to make an appointment.. but the maintenance worker

Elevator breaks down at least once a month and they take a week to fix it. The management is incompetent and the office is always closed. If a package is delivered to the office, it’s needs to be picked up within 48 hours or else it goes “missing”. How are we supposed to pick it up when the office is never open. A friend of mine wanted to look at an apartment, they were on time for their appointment and they waited at the leasing office for 30 minutes, no one showed up. They called and a guy said he will be there in 5 minutes. They waited another 15 minutes, still no one showed up. The garage door broke a few months ago. It’s still not fixed.

I am visiting my friend and I got locked out. First of all terrible management system. They don’t have their office number even listed. They have someone who works there their personal number. Second, they told me to tell my friend to email them which was fine then I had to call them since they had not responded and told me to email them again with more information. I was like if you needed more information why wait for me to call you cause how the hell am I gonna know you need something if you don’t tell me. Wait there’s more, then they said oh can you tell your friend to call us and tell us the exact same thing what she wrote in the email. I was a bit shocked because this is a Tuesday morning. People are at work. People do not have time to assist the management system if they can’t do t
