I’ve lived in this building for eight years and overall, I truly enjoy living here. Any occasional noise issues have been addressed promptly and professionally by management. My floor has consistently been clean and quiet. While I sometimes notice bed movement from the apartment above me, it’s infrequent and not disruptive. The only ongoing issue has been the Ace Hotel across the street. Their ballroom lighting runs 24 hours a day and can be extremely bright at night, often making it difficult to fall asleep. A local councilmember has intervened on my behalf, but unfortunately the hotel has not made any adjustments. Rent has more than doubled since I moved in, which is disappointing, though I still believe this is one of the better places to live in the downtown area. One concern is the

The staff is always amazing!! The building is always clean!! Whenever I visit I enjoy staying because it’s close proximity to mass transit, shopping eating & entertainment!! The rooftop lounge area & laundry service are top notch!!

Great location, our unit is quiet, our neighbors are fantastic, staff is super helpful and any time we’ve needed something fixed in the last 3 years they have come immediately. Huge fan of this building.

This is by no means uncommon amongst landlords and property managers, but they will absolutely hang you out to dry if you need to break the lease. I had to move for work and was stuck paying rent for several months. Make absolutely sure that you'll be staying for the entire duration of the lease. They give you the option of re-assigning your lease, but they set the re-assigned rent price above market value, so you will not be able to find anyone to take over the lease. Other than that, no major complaints. I was lucky enough to have quiet neighbors. The laundry room was functional and seemed fairly clean. Had a couple issues getting packages around holidays and in the evening, but nothing terrible. The people working the front desk were always nice.
