Unit was fine, no elevator was tough to move in and out and parking is tightttt, But.. as I moved out they charged me my whole security deposit plus trying to say I owe more money because they hired a painter (the walls were perfectly fine, normal wear and tear). In Cali, legally they cant use security deposit for painting... I thought Id easily get back 80% of my security not have to get my lawyer involved. AWWWWW!

The manager is really pretentious and rude. Saw her 5 years ago looking for apartments, saw her again today and my is she the same. She will literally judge you based on appearance without even examining your ability to pay. She turned us away despite there being actual vacancies listed and she does not care we are living in an apartment significantly more expensive than this one. This old lady is really drunk on authority and thinks this is her little kingdom.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Do not even apply here. There was an error on our report but they did not care, despite the fact that it is your legal right to dispute incorrect reports, as well as that being written all over their website. I sent the letter proving the report was in error, offered to pay higher deposits or rent in advance, have a co-signer etc but they hung up on me and only replied to emails with a quick sentence. They will gladly take your application fee and deny you on their own terms, regardless what the website and application promise.

The Apartment is great, lots of light. Tina, Joanna and Rigo are doing a great job. Move in was easy, no hassles. With an elevator, this place would have been the Best place in 90034.

Moved out recently due to external circumstances, but would've stayed if I could! The leasing managers, Joanna and Tina, are awesome and have been helpful my entire living duration there.
