Best place to live in Auburn. Amazing location, with outstanding amenities. The Pool, Courtyard, Study rooms, and Gym are exceptional. 320 West Mag is the premier apartment in Auburn, Alabama. The staff and maintenance team are great as well, especially Henner Harvey at the front desk. Whenever you need assistance, it is completed instantly by Henner. Thanks for the great experience and I would recommend living at 320 to anyone.

I had a great experience with the 320 apartment and staff. There are plenty of amenities that are clean and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was given a tour by Sophia, who was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to Auburn students in need of housing!

Great customer service! The people at the front desk are always so helpful. One in particular, Henner Harvey, has been especially accommodating with anything me or my friends need. He is always going out of his way to help residents and is a great employee!

My roommates and I have loved living at 320 West Mag, definitely renewing our lease as long as we are in Auburn! The building is so nice and the service is amazing! I love seeing Charleigh’s beautiful smile every time I walk through the lobby!

Michael, the maintenance manager for 320, went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally dropped my keys down the trash chute. He helped me out in a timely manner when he seriously could’ve just told me it was a lost cause. I’ve also had great experiences when he’s responded to other maintenance requests in the past. I’m so grateful for his help and dedication!
