303 Flats

lived here last year and it was just okay... The parking situation is really dumb either you pay a ridiculous amount for a parking pass in the overly tight and annoying garage or you park in the free lot that fills up every night and never know if your vehicle is going to be safe. Thin walls and you can hear traffic and trains all night. Had to cover my window with tin foil to block out lights from outside. Apartments are okay but over priced and they use cheap materials to build. It's a place to live but not much more than that. Also the pool area is always in the shade after midday so that can be very annoying too. Last thing but worth noting theres always dog piss in the elevator. Good luck. These would be okay if it was cheap but it is certainly not. 2 stars

303 Flats has been the most wonderful HOME!! All the amenities are amazing and the staff is so kind and thoughtful. They’re always having events to foster community here!! The pool is awesome, gym is so nice, and everything about my unit is great. My room is so spacious and my closet is huge!! The location is superior and it’s walking distance to my classes!! I love 303 flats!! You should live here if you’re thinking about it!! Come have a tour and you’ll be sold!!!!!

When i stayed here a year ago, on move in it was completely trashed. I'm talking missing bottoms to my bathroom cabinet, the stove missing its coils, hairs and stains in the shower, broken (and very flimsy) kitchen cabinets, stains on the carpet, chipped paint, burnt out light bulbs, and an air filter that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Not a good first impression especially after traveling a long way and wanting to settle in first thing. I contacted the apartment manager in person and told him about all of that the day of, and he told me to send him a picture through email of all the broken and unclean things, which I did. When I told him about the carpet being stained, he didn't believe me, he got quite rude and told me about the positive experience he had with the carpet

303 Flats is an awesome apartment with great amenities. They have a nice pool, a gym & yoga room, study rooms, a dog park (which is used multiple times a day with my little dog) and more! The staff is also very friendly and willing to help with any issues. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend!!

303 is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now, and I’ve loved it so far! The amenities like the gym and pool are really nice, the gated parking garage and doors that require a key fob to get in make me feel safe, and everyone is very friendly! I would definitely recommend it.
