301 East 94th Street

We moved to 301 East 94th Street over a year ago, and we are so happy that we chose this building. The management team is professional, friendly and very responsive to all needs. The building itself is very well maintained and all areas are kept immaculate. The fitness room is well maintained also, and the rooftop indoor and outdoor lounge areas are spectacular. We’ve enjoyed the rooftop BBQ grill all summer! The neighborhood has gentrified successfully and offers many small (terrific) restaurants, coffee bars, etc., and all essentials are typically less than two blocks away. The Q train is steps away, the Lexington Avenue line is only two blocks away, and Central Park is only ½ mile away. Great location! The apartment itself makes living here quite pleasant, as it spacious and is laid out

Loved living in this building. Bright modern apartments. The gym and public spaces are spotlessly clean and amazing staff who were always helpful and polite.
