30 Morningside Drive

I’ve lived at 30 MSD Apt for a little over 2 years it has been positive experience. The common areas are one of the main highlights with great management and maintenance as the building bad stayed clean and well cared throughout my stay. It’s very good place for Columbia students with great ambience and quiet environment. Jake has managed the building very efficiently in short period of time. Gualberto has been of great help. He is one of the nicest person in the building. He is professional, polite, friendly person to interact with. He is very welcoming, hardworking and charm of the building. Our two maintenance (Ricardo + 1) guys are always helpful as well.

It was a really really good place to live. Great reception (the staff Gualberto is of great help!), great WiFi, great maintenance facilities, and great public areas! The reception is responsible so my delivery was always safe. Sometimes, we will have a roof barbecue party and some other events. That’s really impressive! I was a student in Columbia, and I have had a great experience living here.

This was one of the best apartments to live in. From the amenities, events, facilities, and rooftop, everything was thoughtful and made it feel like a home. Gualberto is like the heart and culture of the building - friendly, caring, hardworking, and thoughtful. I was lucky to get to know him and have him keep the building safe.

I’ve been visiting my friend at 30 Morningside Drive for years, and every time I come by, it feels like home. After being away for three years, I noticed some changes in the front desk and porter team, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the care and warmth that makes this building so special. Gualberto is wonderful at what he does, but I also have to give a special shoutout to Jesus, Asia, and Joshua—three previous concierges who really left a lasting impression. I’ll always remember Joshua sharing coquitos with residents and guests during the holidays, or how he helped bring the Lunar New Year gathering to life back in 2022 with Jin. My experience at 30 Morningside has been fantastic so far. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the gym is fantastic. We're especially grateful for all the help Gualberto (our favorite doorman) provided during our stay. Even when I left my package at 30 Morningside months after I moved out, Gualberto warmly welcomed me and helped me retrieve it.
