I’ve been living here for about a year and a half, and it’s been a great experience overall. The location is perfect, right across from Antelope Park and close to downtown, restaurants, and trails. It’s a beautiful area to walk my dog, and the community is very pet-friendly. There are plenty of waste stations and bags around, which helps keep everything clean, and Milo loves having so many dog neighbors. The staff is great. Emily, the community manager, is always helpful and responsive, and maintenance is quick and reliable. The landscaping is well cared for, and when some bushes died recently, they immediately started a project to replace and refresh the plants around the building, it really shows they listen to residents. We have been with Emily (the property manager) for almost 3 years total, and 6 months at 2twinty2...I can say she really cares about her tenants like family...quick in her responses or any concerns. Very strict on any bad behaviors. Her assistants are very professional and decent people. The maintenance is excellent, will do their best to get the job done, but if it's 3rd party then expect long wait. Snow removal is quick and underground parkings are the best. In general CIP properties are clean, neat, and secured. Neighbors are very quiet and most of them are professionals or responsible college students. My family feels safe here and that is all that I'm looking for.

I so love 2twenty2! The management team could not be better, and the amenities are amazing. Hello, free espresso bar? The support staff and maintenance are also amazing and professional. To be honest, I've also never met an unfriendly neighbor! I've lived in many different rental homes in Lincoln, NE since 2009, but my home at 2twenty2 is by far my favorite.

We enjoy living here with all the amenities. The renewal process went smoothly. I hope they remove the dead bushes and trees and replace them going forward.

Love it here! We had the most seamless application process and move-in experience! The leasing office staff is so genuine and was super responsive throughout the whole process, which we appreciated as we were coming from out of state!
