2cassa Management

DO NOT rent with 2Cassa They are the most unreliable management company I've ever had to use. They will ignore your e-mails, texts and calls unless you go through their online portal. Until then, they just send automated responses and offer no real direct communication. 2Cassa has also been aware of my situation for months and chose to ignore it. One of the appliances in my apartment is still a FIRE HAZARD and I do not use it. It overheats extensively, and they are aware of this, yet they DO NOTHING to help me replace it. This has been ongoing since I moved in here almost 2 years ago. The contractor they send everytime is useless. I cannot buy a new appliance and install it due to their lease terms either. I wish I would have listened to the other review instead of having my own bad experience with 2cassa Management and Clara Herrera (the property manager / realtor for the company). I found 2cassa to be extremely unprofessional, unresponsive as soon as you needed something, and highly predatory. I think they want folks who are either desperate or trusting enough to not read their lease terms. We viewed a property managed by this company and decided to proceed with an application ($300+ expense) and after approval we were sent a lease which is when things started to go downhill. Unresponsive, terrible property manager. In two years they never answered direct communication to any of their listed methods. When it came to moving out they charged us for previously existing wear and tear that was there when we moved in (we had proof and submitted it) and she still charged us about $260. They also have a ridiculous $500 move out inspection fee. DO NOT, rent from this property management company , you will get ignored and screwed in the end.
