My opinion of the condominium is excellent, both for the customer service at the office and the maintenance staff. I'm truly grateful for their attentiveness to the needs of the residents and the maintenance. My mother and I have lived here for years, and I'm very thankful to the manager in charge of the condominium—an excellent person and a wonderful human being. I am truly grateful. Unlike other condominiums, the outdoor areas are very clean, the gym is in excellent condition, and the mailroom is secure. I feel very comfortable with the entire team that manages the condominium. Thank you so much. I hope to continue living here for many more years. I recommend it 100% to future residents. Excellent!

The apartments are nice, but what really makes this place stand out is Emily! From the very first tour she was so welcoming and patient with all my questions. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel taken care of. Any time I stop by the office she’s super friendly and quick to help. Honestly, having someone like Emily here makes living at this community such a great experience. She’s the best!

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Management is unresponsive, and maintenance requests take forever to be addressed—if they’re handled at all. The staff is rude and dismissive, and they never follow up on complaints. The building is poorly maintained, hallways are dirty, and amenities are constantly “under repair.” Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Living here has been a really great experience! The community is well-kept and it’s in such a convenient location—there are so many stores, restaurants, and shops close by which makes day-to-day life super easy. Emily, the leasing agent, has been especially helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, and always quick to answer any questions. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home with a great team and a great location!

Won’t let people assist with the growing stray cat population. Guess they’d like to see continuous growth, so if that’s what you’d like in your apt complex, then choose this one. Don’t try to feed or put out housing in the freezing weather for them though. They’ll heavily fine you.
