Excellent property to live at. Clean, spacious, well maintained. I attribute these things to a very good property manager. Properties rise and fall on who is in the leasing office. This property manager does a fine job. They are communicative and timely in their responses, as well as continually interacting with each building and the residents to maintain what the property represents, a modest upper-scale community.

I love this apartment complex! It's clean and well maintained. It has heated covered assigned parking as well as garages if requested. They also have a huge parking lot for other cars. The floors are a really nice vinyl and my family constantly compliments them. The cabinets are sturdy and modern looking so they don't make the apartment look dated. The only down side is that it is not pet friendly but it is a wonderful complex.

Tried to schedule a viewing, coming from 5 hours away and set it up a week ago. I was told I could view a 2 bedroom only to get there and they didn’t know I had a tour, and did not have anything available for viewing, and would not be available when I said I was looking to move in to. Organization was not there

I loved all of my years living at 29 west! Great property with an even better property manager, Brooke. This apartment makes you feel like a priority and will work with you to make sure you feel at home.

I've only lived at 29 West for 7 months, but have been very pleased with everything. From contacting someone about available units, to move in day, to random questions, the staff at 29 West have been great. The heated garage is one of my favorite perks of this complex.
