It is riddled with false advertisements: -This is not a gated Community, the front gate will never close - December 2025 edit: The gates still don't work and now the side gate has been broken for over a month now it is stuck open. - March 2026 edit front gate works now, 10/12 of my months living here it was not a gated community -The pool is not year round as advertised, new management took over and closed it in August stating it needed to be cleaned and never re-opened it. -This is not a non-smoking community even though it says it on apartment websites it is just a lie to get you to signup. -There is no wired internet in the apartments. Our unit has no ethernet ports and the coax post was not attached to anything. Had to

I want to start by saying that the original management team when we first moved in was amazing. They were kind, professional, and truly did their jobs properly. We had a very positive experience at the beginning. Unfortunately, after they left and the management changed multiple times (at least two or three times), everything went downhill. The current management team has been extremely disappointing. When we signed our lease, we were told the rent would be around $1800–$1900 and that water was included. However, month after month, the total charges keep increasing. I started paying around $1800, and now I am paying close to $2200. My lease is 14 months, yet the monthly amount continues to go up without clear explanations. Although water was supposed to be included, I am now being charg

Absolutely do not recommend this place! My experience here has been extremely disappointing. The leasing office is unprofessional, disrespectful, and only focused on making money: • They do not respond to my emails in writing, and complaints are completely ignored. • They entered my apartment without notice while I was asleep – a serious violation of privacy and safety. • Just 3 days after I moved in, my apartment was flooded. They came to remove the carpet but left nails sticking out under the floor, which caused me an injury. Despite this, they never even apologized. • My roommate never received the referral bonus, even though it was promised under the previous management. • They force tenants to purchase internet through them with no other option. • I was told I would not have to pay a

I'd like to express my appreciation for the staff at 2950! I've lived in several different communities across the DFW and this is at the top of my list. Initially, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. Throughout my time here, the staff has gone above & beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I also want to highlight the exceptional service provided by maintenance. Whenever I've encountered an issue, they have always been prompt in addressing and resolving it. They're personable, trustworthy and made a huge difference in my experience! From a house in Oregon, back to apartment living in Texas...and we are so happy we moved into 2950. The staff is so kind, patient, understanding, competent, efficient, caring, generous, and genuine. Alisson, Paige, and Victor have all made sure we feel safe and welcome here. Maintenance is stellar! Mario came in today and he was considerate, professional, and quick. When you leave notes like "We're night shift, please come after ___pm" they have absolutely accommodated that. We've been here a almost 2 months now and it's been a wonderful experience so far. They are really trying to make improvements and it shows. The few neighbors we've met have been pleasant. Even the mail deliverer "Casper" is awesome, friendly, and willing to have a quick chat with you :) . We are so beyond ecstatic to
