Hello, If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. My family and I arrived 10 minutes prior to our scheduled tour time, only to be met by the older, blonde receptionist, who informed us that she did not have any units available with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She mentioned that she had previously informed a couple of the same information ten minutes prior. If this was remotely true, I would have preferred to be alerted prior to leaving work two hours early and driving 45 minutes to arrive on time for the tour. Rather, I received a notification 2 hours prior as a reminder of the booked tour. Moreover, the woman informed us that there would be no availability until possibly January 2026. Additionally, I inquired if there was a public restroom that my mother and I could use, as we had

Good afternoon. Renting is a very expensive place. The apartments are too small! The pool is extremely small. It doesn't have green screens. You can bring a pet! But there's no place for them to pee, and you'll also get fined if they pee on the patch of grass there (there isn't one). Horrible! The only good thing is the two maintenance people, (Roberto & Cayetano).who are very nice and very helpful! (THE RENT PRICES IN THIS PLACE ARE SUPER HIGH). One-bedroom apartments, $2,300, when in reality it should cost $1,800 👎🏼( El señor Jorge & Michelle , always good service)🫶🏻

I have been residing in this complex for a year and several months, and my experience has been very pleasant. When I have had any request or requirement from the administration they have been very diligent, especially Jorge, the complex administrator, even now when the time came to renew my lease he did everything possible to accommodate my needs and with precise assistance. As for the complex, it's very quiet, very well maintained and when something inconvenient to the facilities happens, they are very communicative and diligent.
