If you’re use to luxury apartment living this is NOT the place to move to. It is poorly ran and nothing gets done in a timely manner. Residence can’t enjoy the amenities because they are always renting out the common areas to anyone for events that sometimes last until 2 or 3 in the morning with loud music and people drinking. New employees in the front office lack customer service skills and intelligence. The young lady Chelsea is either incompetent or poorly trained. I decided not to renew my lease because of the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and safety & security.

I love every aspect of these apartments - especially the location, scenery, and easy access to stores, restaurants, and bars. The quality of life in the unit, the shared spaces, and everything else has been amazing so far. There are also events hosted by the staff and the community - there's cool, vibrant energy here :)

Larissa is AMAZING! I’m currently in the moving process and inquiring about a unit at 255 Assay. I’ve really appreciated her professionalism and transparency in this entire process. She showed me an empty unit and allowed me to explore an apartment the way it would appear and be ready to a tenant (game changer). I’ve toured this property twice already and she’s greeted me with a smile and answers my many questions happily. I’m not even a resident here, and she’s already going above & beyond for me! From her interactions with tenants that I’ve seen so far, you can tell she has a positive presence within this community.
