This place is a joke ever since new management came. We've been living here almost my whole life which is almost 21 years and management is so sloppy and unprofessional. They treat my family and I like trash and racially profile us specifically. All they care about is money and they don’t care to the tenants. They won't get back to you about plumbing issues or mold concerns for days too. No customer service skills what so ever from these individuals such a shame. You can look up other reviews as well and they will tell you the same exact thing. There are so many other nice areas to live in Torrance I would avoid it here at all costs just a heads up. Until things change choose to go somewhere else and don't waste your time.

There is one line that fits the management perfectly: "All they care is money." We lived there for 21 months. Glad that we don't need to deal with them anymore. Released. Too soon to say that! They keeps billing us up to now after the contact ends. The management people are not doing their work, and their system is only to make money for them. -- Added after moving out for 2 months.

I lived at the citizens 235th for over a year, and they were nothing but good to me and my partner. Any time we needed anything, they would go out of their way to assist us. Even with not living there for 3 months, they still go above and beyond. My mail order pharmacy sent my medication to my previous address there and would not resend it. I contacted Nadia and let her know the situation, she was extremely attentive and was able to track it down and secure it for me until I was able to get it picked up. I really appreciate all the help that we endured in our time as residents there and will continue to recommend those looking for a great apartment in a great location of the south bay, to them. Thanks again! Nadia is definitely a huge asset to them there at the citizens 235th location!!!

We booked an appointment to see a unit with Nadia who was pretty unresponsive from the beginning - when we arrived at our appointment and called she said the unit was already taken. We said it was understandable in this market but would have appreciated a heads up since we had scheduled our day around this showing - Nadia got defensive and just said she was very busy. Not even an apology. We're all busy, Nadia. Please work on your customer service.

Terribly managed. We terminated our lease early due to mold growing in our unit and plumbing issues that were deflected by management despite multiple attempts to have them address these issues. When they finally attempted to address these issues, which actually made the issues worse, our unit was made unlivable (open walls with exposed insulation, regular water shut offs, constant debris and building materials in our unit).
