We had already wanted to live here based on the amazing downtown location and stunning interiors, but the leasing team, Kelsey and Kelsie, is what really sealed the deal for us. Having a team that’s as attentive and professional as they are really makes all the difference in whether a rental feels like home, and although our lease has only just started, they’ve already set the bar insanely high. Can’t recommend 250 High enough!

I had such a great experience touring with Kelsie! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made the entire process smooth and exciting instead of overwhelming. Her energy was amazing and she really made the property shine. 10/10 experience!

Just to add to the “Team Kelsey” reviews, I really hope Coastal Ridge knows how much of an absolute patient, kind, and helpful … absolute ROCKSTAR that Kelsey is! I worked in a company that managed HOAs for awhile, and not even my coworkers were as incredible as she is. Absolutely seamless process. Amazing at explaining floorplans, easy to schedule tours via FaceTime, and she went above and beyond to contact a current resident (about to switch from their current unit in the building to another unit in the building) about the arrangement of windows… only a saint would be willing to go those lengths to make sure the floor plan matches a “want” on your list. I absolutely love this place and the team at 250 High. I’ve lived here for three months, and the staff has consistently been pleasant to work with and very responsive to service requests. The building also offers some amazing amenities. I’d like to address comments suggesting this isn’t a good place to live if you have pets. That is not an issue with the building or management. Like anywhere, there are a few residents who don’t clean up after their pets and let them go to the bathroom in the parking garage; however, the parking garage and common areas are regularly cleaned. It’s important not to believe everything you read—some people simply don’t take responsibility for their actions and are lazy. We have worked with these wonderful people for well over a year now. We can say with confidence the staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and they keep the property very clean! Great place if you are looking for an apartment in downtown. Hee-Haul!
