My best friend lives here right now. You love to go there. And it's great environment and nice apartments

I lived here previously and I enjoyed my experience! Convenient location, good amenities, mostly quiet neighbors (the concrete walls block most sound anyway), and Anna, Michael, and maintenance were always helpful. The cons mainly tied to the building's age/previous life as a hotel: some appliances in my unit were very old and thus had to file some maintenance requests, and most units don't have in-unit laundry and you have to use the facilities, which is disappointing considering the higher rent here.

I've been here less then 2 weeks & can't tell exactly where the "lobby" is located!! The mail is one spot and multiple doors and elevators ~ maybe a sign saying "lobby"

I have lived at 250 for 5 years and the views never get old. I feel safe living here and the staff is amazing.

I absolutely love living in these apartments. The location is great, my boyfriend is able to walk right down the street to his med school and there’s so many great places nearby. These are by far the most affordable luxury apartments downtown too. You’re not paying $1200+ without including utilities plus parking fee for a 450 sq ft apartment. You get free gated parking in a parking garage, key access to everything and I feel very safe. I get storage for a little over $20 a month, very cheap pet fee and a great apartment. Not to mention management is AMAZING at Douglas. Anna and Michael are so helpful and SO nice. Steven is so fast at getting any repairs fixed and is so nice as well! Can’t say enough good things about this place.
