I moved in this summer, and I'm already counting down the days until I can flee this place because this "luxury" building is a total joke. The construction is so rushed that there are paint splatters and wood chippings everywhere, and now the wooden floor panels are actually lifting. The shower is a special kind of nightmare. Plus, the door swings outward with so little clearance that you can only fit a 0.2 inches thick bath mat, making it impossible to keep the floor dry when you reach for a towel. My shower has been leaking since day one, and maintenance is apparently only skilled at entering my apartment unannounced for "emergencies" rather than actually fixing issues. The management is even worse. They decided the front entrance is unsafe because it snowed, which is a brilliant design

The front desk and residential staff were beyond accommodating when we showed up hoping to see some units in the middle of a Blizzard. Eric went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and toured us around a variety of available units, we were blown away by his hospitality. The building is beautiful and in a very convenient location, anyone would be lucky to call it home.

From the very beginning, this building has been one disappointment after another. We were given a specific move-in date when we signed the lease, only to be told later that it was no longer available, forcing us to rearrange everything last minute. Construction is still ongoing in December, despite promises that it would be completed months ago. The leasing team continues to give tours as if the building is finished, which is far from the truth. The rear door we were told we’d be able to use for entry still doesn’t work with our keys, even months into the lease. It’s a constant headache, especially when trying to get food delivered. People can’t figure out how to reach us. The elevators are packed with construction crews all day long, and the hallways are consistently dirty. There’s no

We were completely misled when we signed this lease. The leasing staff assured us construction would be finished long before we moved in but it’s now December and work is still ongoing. That means loud noise on the daily. What’s worse is watching staff give tours to prospective tenants, pretending everything is complete when it’s clearly not. This means daily noise, crowded elevators filled with construction crews, and hallways littered with dust and debris. If you’re trying to catch a train in 10 minutes, forget it—you’ll be stuck behind workers and equipment. When we moved in, it took over two weeks to get hot water despite repeated requests. The in-unit laundry doesn’t work properly and is completely unreliable. We were also promised window shades for privacy—none were provided until

Similar to the last review, my husband and I feel misled when we signed this lease. Multiple incomplete things in our apartment on the day we moved in - blinds not installed, AC not changing, washer not working. The most frustrating issue we have faced is that both of the showers in our apartment have leaked for over 5 months. It has taken 4-5 outreaches on our end to get a response and multiple re attempts to seal the bathroom when the actual issue was that it was pitched incorrectly to begin with. The building was unwilling to offer a reasonable abatement for 5.25 months of leaks and no initiation on the part of the building to get the leaks fixed. I filed an HPD complaint.
