I lived in the building since 2017 (original tenant) and recently moved out due to job relocation. Been through all iterations of building management, the overhaul construction 🤪, doorman building/not a doorman building, etc. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to be. Are you gonna pay top dollar in rent? …Yes! Can you find better value in the area?….Maybe! But it’s comfortable living with conveniences and a great super and porter. I never had to deal with management, all of my interactions were civil and congenial. I’m writing this review 14 days after vacating my unit and I’m already in receipt of my deposit (without having to reach out or prompt management- they even asked for a forwarding address prior to my lease end). Fantastic building with excellent staff! The resident manager, porter, and property management team are responsive, respectful, and reliable — a true rarity in New York City.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. RUN AWAY FROM HERE. The design of the units and building itself looks good but it is only once you rent the place that you understand the very low rating (and then want to leave asap but get stuck for at least a year of lease). So many issues with this building: - we've had a leak that has not been fixed for more than a year and 15 messages to management! - fitness room not accessible for several months - rooftop closed during the summer with no answer from management about when it will reopen. - A lot of amenities not acessible anymore from one day to the other with no explanation (barbecue...) - A rental price that is expensive and rising a lot from one year to the other Last but not least SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Great apartment building, so close to the subway and it has fantastic amenities (gym, package room, common space)!

Here are what we saw in our apt when we moved in: the floor was damaged and extremely dirty, debris were found in three of our ACs, holes, scratches, dirt and stains were everywhere.... Also, our ACs and dishwasher were not working... The management took a month to fix all the issues in our apt and the owner refused to give us a reasonable compensation... Not worth your money, don't rent here.
