I’ve had a very positive experience living at 235 Grand, and the people are a big reason I chose to renew my lease. First, a thank you to Jesse in the leasing office. Jesse has been consistently professional, welcoming, and easy to work with, and made the leasing and renewal process straightforward and smooth. That level of service really stood out and played a major role in my decision to renew. Michael and the reception team are also excellent, friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Jessica and the team behind the scenes do a great job keeping residents informed about building works and updates. Lived here for 5 years and it was amazing. We moved units during this time and it was seamless. Unfortunately, we had to move because our family was growing. If they had 3 bedroom options we’d stay forever. Amenities were great, staff were kind and very little turn over during the time we were there. The building is also excellently maintained - someone is always cleaning. We also felt the yearly rent increases were always fair and that management truly wanted us to stay. Can’t recommend this building enough.

I’ve lived at 235 Grand Street for over two years and absolutely love it. The building is beautifully maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Michael and Domingo at the front desk are especially wonderful—they always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are a huge plus—I use the gym daily, and it’s always clean and well-equipped. One of my favorite perks is the location: being right across the street from Taqueria is a dream! All in all, 235 Grand feels like home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed place to live in Jersey City.
