2221 S Clark Apartments

Having a really pleasant experience at 2221! I encountered a scenario where I needed an apartment lease on very short notice, and the leasing office here really came through for me with a quick turnaround. I'm in a 4bd shared apartment which has been both thrifty and has offered an opportunity to get to know very interesting and easygoing new friends. The staff at the front desk are excellent and I love the secure package handling for residents. My maintenance requests are completed promptly and updates on any open issues in the building are shared regularly. The property management puts on fun events through the year to get to know others in the building. For the low price in such an expensive area of town, I don't think the amenities and convenience can be beat.

Nice apartment also, Keith provides outstanding maintenance service. He’s reliable, respectful, and always does a great job. Truly appreciated

I was so expressed with this apartment complex. Looking for our daughter for grad school in the area. Deloitte was extremely helpful and informative.

It’s nice living here with me and my family thumbs up to Meredith and Kiera for good response times and getting things done as soon as possible and thanks to maintenance for always getting any issue resolve quickly ⭐️⭐️
